That Christmas We Cherished

A follow up novella after the events featured in 'That Summer We Cherished'

Publication aimed for Christmas 2025

December 1969 Christmas, a time for joy and festivities, seasonal good will and of course presents. What would Christmas be without presents! New Years Eve, a time for throwing out the old and welcoming in a new year with so much promise and hope.
Well, that’s the idea, isn’t it?

And so, after their latest exchange of letters, Adam and Jocelyn's excitement levels were reaching new heights as their respective families had been invited to spend Christmas and New Year at Ashton Wood Farm.
A proverbial fly in the ointment was that due to Jocelyn's fathers work, she would have to arrive after Christmas but still in time to enjoy some of the festivities and look forward to the New Years Eve party. Gary and Karen had organised it, not just for them, but the local neighbourhood including many villagers from nearby Scrawford, including a certain trio of boys and their respective families.
What could go wrong?
Perhaps two mothers unsure of a certain young pair’s affection for each other and how they could ‘deal’ with it before, in their eyes, it could get out of hand.
