Wide angle views using a 28mm lens

Pegasus and surrounding constellations Pegasus the Flying Horse, Andromeda the Princess, Pisces the Fish, Aries the Ram and Triangulum the Triangle mark out a larger area of the Autumn Sky.
The Great Bear - Ursa Major The Great Bear, Ursa Major is more than just the bright seven stars marked in yellow but is a much larger constellation and to my eyes (Paul) certainly looks like some four legged animal.
Orion and Taurus dominate the winter sky Orion the Hunter and Taurus the Bull dominate the late Autumn and Winter sky. Follow Orions belt stars up to find Taurus glaring down at him.
Orion and Canis Major Follow Orions belt stars down to find the brightest star in the entire sky (other than the Sun!), Sirius which dominates Canis Major, the Great Dog. Meanwhile Lepus the Hare lies directly under Orion and is also shown in this view.
Taurus the Bull Taurus the Bull - whole constellation taken with a 28mm lens

Constellations taken with 50mm or 135mm lenses

Mighty Orion Orion the Hunter

The Great Dog Canis Major, the Great Dog with Sirius the 'Dog Star' - enlargement from original Orion/Canis Major wide angle view shown above.
Queen Cassiopeia Cassiopeia the Queen looks like a W in the sky!
Perseus the Hero Perseus the Hero lies to the lower left of Cassiopeia with the wonderful 'Double Cluster' lying between them.

Look out for more Constellations to be added soon so keep coming back!
